Muscle Booster is an app where you can create a custom workout plan and set your own realistic fitness goals, as well as a time frame to complete them.
Open the app, and you'll first have to enter your weight, height, and age. After that, you can select a goal: lose weight or gain muscle. If your goal is to build muscle, you'll also have to choose a more specific goal. Entering all of this information makes it possible to get a truly personalized workout plan.
Once you have your personal plan, it's time to train! Thankfully, this app has over four hundred videos with a wide variety of exercises that make working out easy. The videos explain how to perform all kinds of exercises and routines, with dumbbells, machines, or no equipment at all.
Muscle Booster is a very useful workout app where you can get a workout plan created just for you. That being said, it's important to note that you'll have to subscribe to one of the app's paid services to access your custom workout plan.
